The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on increasing scholarship for doctoral candidates, students and pupils of higher and secondary special schools and special schools of primary vocational education, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
In order to raise state care about the doctoral candidates, students and pupils of higher and secondary special schools and special schools of primary vocational education, who study due to the Public budget and to further strengthen their social protection, the size of their scholarships shall be increased as following:

Azerbaijan announced the results of examinations in colleges on the basis of nine-year education today, the State Student Admission Commission said. Over 30,261 entrants participated in the examinations held August 29. Roughly 8,515 entered the colleges.
